GENERAL LABORER
Essential and Non-essential Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and document all incoming and outgoing equipment
- Assist with equipment demonstrations
- General yard and shop cleanup, maintain safe and hazard-free yard and facility
- All other miscellaneous duties as assigned within the department
Required Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Eager and passionate to learn
- General knowledge of construction equipment
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of office equipment operations and PC skills
Education and Experience Requirements
- Construction equipment experience preferred
- Valid driver’s License
Working Condition/Physical Requirements
- The work environment is consistent of an office and facility with construction equipment inventory and repair/service shop and may also include construction job site
- Safety training required; PPE required outside of office/parking lot area
- PPE must comply with site-specific requirements
- Occasional lifting may be required up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and stooping
