If so, and you meet the following criteria, our home service company wants you as our Customer Service Manager!

DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
When you join our home service company as a Customer Service Manager, your day starts with reviewing call center performance, ensuring high booking rates by monitoring calls, and providing feedback to your team. You classify incoming calls, identify opportunities to maximize lead captures and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments. Each day, you track estimate follow-ups, making sure no potential customer is left waiting. You also keep a pulse on customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and refining processes to enhance the overall experience. With a focus on efficiency and results, you help drive success while keeping both customers and your team happy!
This management role has two shifts to choose from:
- 7 am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday
- 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday
