Position Overview : Engagement Manager
GLG is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive success within its Research business, focusing on Industrials and Growth clients. In this role, you will design research projects tailored to GLG's sophisticated client base and oversee a team to execute these projects to the highest standards. Projects typically involve qualifying and quantifying industry trends through pipeline analyses, commercial assessments, product forecasting, and marketplace investigations. You will be motivated to execute research design rapidly across diverse topics, mentor junior professionals, and cultivate client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution and delivery of customized survey products for Industrials and Growth clients.
- Ensure commercial success through client interactions and project delivery excellence.
- Train and mentor early-career research professionals.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance awareness of GLG QI's capabilities.
- Develop and implement best practices for project execution.
- Monitor and manage the health of key client accounts.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is :
77,200-$95,000 USD
