Job Type Full-timeDescriptionMarketing Coordinator / Events, Collateral & Labeling SpecialistGarrison Dental Solutions, a leading innovator in Restorative Dentistry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Events, Collateral & Labeling Specialist to manage our trade show presence, develop impactful marketing materials, ensure brand consistency, and oversee product labeling. This role is crucial in supporting our continued growth and solidifying our position as a market leader.Key success factors for the first year include : Meet / exceed 2025 Trade Show and monthly physical mailer sales targets.Make Bynder the central hub for all digital marketing assets, serving as the single source for both internal and external Garrison stakeholders.Transfer all existing marketing folders and files from the current server to SharePoint, implementing a new, consistent naming convention and hierarchical folder structure to improve searchability and facilitate efficient retrieval of marketing assets.Key Responsibilities : Trade Show & Event Management : Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of trade show participation, including : Logistics : Booth design and setup, material shipping, registration, travel arrangements for team members.Budgeting : Develop and manage trade show budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Staffing : Coordinate staffing schedules, training, and on-site management.Post-Event Analysis : Gather leads, analyze ROI, and recommend improvements for future events.Marketing Collateral Development & Management : Create and update a variety of marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, presentations, digital assets, etc.) ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Maintain a well-organized library of marketing materials, both physical and digital, for easy access by sales and marketing teams.Develop and implement a system for version control and efficient distribution of marketing assets.Product Labeling : Collaborate with a cross-functional team (R&D, Regulatory, etc.) to develop accurate and compliant product labeling, including instructions for use, product labels, and packaging information.Manage the routing and approval of product labels through the Product Data Management (PDM) change notice process.Ensure all product labels adhere to relevant regulations and company standards.Brand Stewardship : Ensure all marketing materials and product labeling adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional image. Review and approve marketing materials and product labels created by others to ensure brand compliance.Graphic Design & Vendor Management : Utilize basic graphic design skills to create simple marketing materials in-house (e.g., sell sheets, mailers, print ads).Collaborate with external graphic design vendors for more complex projects, providing clear briefs, managing timelines, and ensuring quality control.Marketing Communications & Advertising : Coordinate with industry publications and dealers to create and place print and digital advertisements, press releases, and other promotional and educational content.Manage the scheduling and tracking of advertising placements. RequirementsRequired Skills, Education, and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on event planning, marketing collateral development, and ideally, experience with product labeling or a regulated industry.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
