- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Handling general office tasks and administrative duties
- Effectively inform customers of our services, products, and abilities
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and provide support
- Maintaining Contract Lists
- Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Collecting Credit Card receipts and mailing
- Printing out contracts and obtaining signatures when needed
- Ordering Certificates of Insurance for jobs through our insurance company
- Processing invoices for completed work
- Timesheets
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Develop and maintain a filing system
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
