Garrison Flood Control Systems offers a complete line of flood control barriers, systems and flood mitigation solutions.
We provide innovative and effective flood protection solutions, with a focus on high quality customer service to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions to protect their properties from flood damage.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via Form Submission, Calls, Live Chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate and consult with clients and our Technical Installation Division to schedule on-site visits in Florida to survey properties prone to flood.
- Provide guidance on best practices for flood preparedness based on the specific requirements of the client.
- Utilize the Hubspot CRM Management System
- Follow up with prospective clients by setting Task Reminders.
- Some lite travel to visit prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- College degree, High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales and support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Hubspot and Quickbooks experience a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
