What are the responsibilities and job description for the Install Helper position at Garrison & Garrison Heating and Air?
An Install Helper will serve the company by assisting the installer with the installation of new heating and air conditioning systems. As an HVAC Install Helper, you will adhere to our company policy and procedures as they relate to philosophy, safety and our code of ethics. In this position you will represent our company so professional appearance, expertise and demeanor are pre-requisites to your success. Previous experience is preferred required.
Other requirements for this position:
- Minimum of one-year field experience
- American Standard or Trane experience preferred
- Must pass a drug test
- Pay based on skill level and experience
