What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Garrison?
NEW & UNPOSTED (EXCLUSIVE TO GARRISON) – LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (DC)
Attention government lawyers, federal judicial clerks, and AmLaw 100 associates. We are working closely with the leaders of the litigation practice of this top firm on multiple junior and mid-level associate hires due to the volume of work and several upcoming trials. Top credentials required. Top of the market compensation. Target start date of mid-May through June 2025.
**This firm welcomes hiring from the government or clerks – and its in-office policy is flexible (typically 3 days in office), but possibly remote for the right candidate.**
MUST HAVES:
- 1 to 5 years of solid litigation experience
- Exceptional writing ability
- JD from a Top 25 law school and strong academics (high honors if outside the Top 25)
- Ability to start in May or June 2025 (not open to clerks ending their term in Aug. 2025)
