The Garrison is currently hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our skilled nursing facility. Do you have a caring heart and team spirit? We would love to consider you!
Status: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $28 for LVN and RN $34
Monthly Pay Increase Opportunity
When a full time RN/LVN works rotation with 18 or more 12 hour shifts in a calendar month, with no call-ins the RN/LVN is eligible for a $0.25 pay rate increase.
This program is offered entirely at the discretion of The Garrison, and is subject to change or cancellation at any time, without notice, by the Executive Director of Medical Lodge of Amarillo.
Participation in this program requires satisfactory performance of all aspects of the job description and compliance with facility policies. All pay raises will be effective the month after metrics are met and payments will be made through the payroll process.
Shifts available:
- Day 6am-6pm
- Night 6pm-6am
Qualifications:
- Texas RN or LVN license is required
- Passion for helping people
