Our medical facility is currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals and work well in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist patients with their inquiries and needs.
- Demonstrate strong communication, public relations, customer service, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in completing tasks promptly.
- Pay close attention to detail and effectively manage interruptions.
- Handle incoming phone calls from both medical staff and patients professionally and efficiently relay messages as needed.
- Address common inquiries related to insurance coverage.
- Verify Insurance Eligibility & Benefits.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of protected health information following HIPAA regulations.
