Our medical facility is currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a very fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals and work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist patients with their inquiries and needs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, public relations, customer service, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in completing tasks promptly.
  • Pay close attention to detail and effectively manage interruptions.
  • Handle incoming phone calls from both medical staff and patients professionally and efficiently relay messages as needed.
  • Address common inquiries related to insurance coverage.
  • Verify Insurance Eligibility & Benefits.
  • Schedule patient appointments.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of protected health information following HIPAA regulations.

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Time management abilities
  • Pass drug test and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Salary : $11 - $13
