- Manage and coordinate repair schedules, technician assignments, and service calls
- Maintain and manage inventory, ensuring parts and tools are available as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, and other commercial kitchen clients
- Handle escalated service issues, ensuring swift resolution to maintain client trust
- Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards increasing revenue and profitability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote maintenance contracts and service agreements
- Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met
- Review financial reports and implement strategies for cost optimization
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of service technicians, administrative staff, and support personnel
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster professional development
- Ensure a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; or 10 years of industry experience including managerial roles (preferred)
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a service-based industry (experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair is a plus)
- Strong operational and business management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales and customer relationship management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and industry-related software
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and repair processes is an advantage
- Must be able to pass a satisfactory background screening
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record as outlined with our company policy
- This position is considered light work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the employee sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: viewing a computer screen
- Frequently required to maintain a static position, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
- The work environment is typical office or administrative work. Work environment is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
