What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager/Project Architect position at Garten Associates?
Garten Associates is seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Architectural projects. Applicants must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be well organized and familiar with all aspects of design from concept to completion, with extensive technical knowledge, familiarity with NYS codes and filing processes. The candidate must be able to coordinate with and direct sub-consultants, lead multiple projects independently. The candidate must also be proficient in the latest versions of software such as AutoCad (2D & 3D, Revit, Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, We are looking for candidates who will grow with the office by consistently putting forth their best efforts and assuming more responsibility over time. The candidate must have prior experience working with county and State agencies. Registered Architect a plus.
