The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in sourcing and/or product development related fields. They will be responsible for managing and executing import and domestic programs while ensuring compliance with customer and governmental regulations.
This role requires strong attention to detail, timeline management, product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. The successful candidate will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise direction to both domestic and international teams.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, as well as communicating effectively with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Manage supply chain process and communication to deliver high-quality programs on time.
- Work with product development and design teams to create clear specifications for RFQs.
- Support best practices in program execution and delivery.
- Build and maintain costing matrices for each category owned.
