What are the responsibilities and job description for the YARD/MAINTENANCE/FORKLIFT position at Garton Tractor, Inc.?
Keep it Clean. Maintain the appearance and assist with the organization of the Store and equipment display.
Responsibility: As Yard/Maintenance you are responsible to keep the store looking good and the equipment clean and arranged. You are also in charge of monitoring equipment coming and going.
Principal Duties: The principle duties of the Yard/Maintenance position consist of, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
- Safety: Safely loading and unloading trucks while checking for accuracy and damage.
- Checking equipment in and out.
- Keeping the equipment clean and arranged in an appealing display.
- Keeping the property maintained.
- On occasion, you may need to run an errand or make a delivery (at the discretion of management).
- All other duties as assigned by various managers.
COMPENSATION - FLSA Standard is NonExempt
- Compensation range is based on basic skill sets
- Hourly Wage Scale: DOE
- FLSA is Non-Exempt
