Garture is a new business. We’re dividing our operations into North America, Europe, Asia, Middle-East and Australia. People around the globe will remotely administer this company.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate & self-driven Co-Founder to join the business and become the CEO of the North America division. You’ll be tasked with taking our services to the American market, initially starting with the State of California, and then expanding across the rest of the United States and later Canada. As well as leading the funding efforts to enable you to scale your team. Think GTM strategy, business development, partnerships, strategic alignment, building an A team, stakeholder management, revenue optimization, etc. Plus, you won’t be alone. You’ll work closely with the other co-founders of the business, who have strengths that complement each other fantastically and are strong advisors.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Research, and Communication skills
Sales and Marketing experience is a plus
Able to attract investments and manage investor relations
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Experience in selling products, GTM strategies, and business development efforts
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This is an equity-only role initially. You can work with Garture as a second job which could lead to high returns in the future. In order to unlock your ownership of the share, you would have to work for at least 3 years for the company.
You’ll be rewarded with significant equity in the business, but you will be able to draw out a salary, commissions & dividends once you’ve started to make sales or started to bring in revenue (likely to be circa 3-6 months). Please do not apply if you require a salary from day one. We’re looking for people who are entrepreneurial, are passionate about building something amazing, and thinking of the big picture.
