Garver's exceptional Benefits team is looking for a Benefits Administrator.This role will be responsible for managing the weekly file feed audits for accuracy and completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role will also involve vendor contract reviews, billing, payments to vendors, and department accounting. This will be an in- office position for any of Garver office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer weekly carrier file feeds audits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Must understand File Feeds, file transfers and work with existing ADP team
- Manage Open Enrollment Files feeds
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements related to employee benefits.
- Manage billing, payments to vendors, and accounting processes related to benefits programs.
- Prepare and distribute benefit reports to employees and management.
- Understand benefit plans and ensure that the structure in HRIS produces the correct Data.
- Resolve employee questions and issues related to benefits programs.
- Data Validation, Mapping, File Formatting, Error resolution, File Upload & File Download
- Ensuring Compliance in privacy regulations related to reporting
- Communicate any new processes, services that will enhance employee experience and reduce confusion
- Collaborate with HR leadership and management to develop and communicate benefits programs.
- Monitor overall benefits costs and negotiate competitive pricing with vendors.
- Someone experienced and working in data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in benefits administration or accounting.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local legal requirements related to employee benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
