We are seeking an appointment coordinator / customer service specialist that enjoys engaging with customers as well as keeping a well-organized scheduler.
Responsibilities
-Taking phone calls for appointments.
-Confirming all parts are present for scheduled appointments.
-Calling customers for maintenance reminder appointments.
-Following up with customers after appointments to ensure quality standards are met .
Qualifications
- Strong communication both over the phone and in-person.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Automotive experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
