We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and Customer Service team. This role is key to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and optimizing efficiency in our fast-paced B2B wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Manage warehouse organization, stock replenishment, and storage optimization.
- Implement inventory tracking and loss prevention measures to reduce shrinkage.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate timely restocking and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with California ABC regulations for alcohol distribution.
Sales & Customer Service Management
- Lead and manage the inside sales and customer service teams to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with licensed business customers.
- Monitor sales trends and collaborate with purchasing teams on stock forecasting.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
Financial & Performance Management
- Analyze sales data, inventory turnover, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Set and track performance goals for warehouse efficiency and sales growth.
- Generate reports on key metrics, including order accuracy, sales trends, and operational performance.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to California state laws and industry regulations for alcohol distribution.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for warehouse and sales teams.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and food/beverage handling standards.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in management.
- Operations, sales, and warehouse/logistics experience (preferably in the beverage or wholesale distribution industry).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing both warehouse and sales teams.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, sales reporting, and order processing.
- Experience working with B2B customers and wholesale account management.
- Familiarity with California Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) regulations (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
