BDC COORDINATOR
Job Description
Description: The BDC Coordinator is responsible for completing various organizational tasks to maintain the ongoing requirements of the department.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Assist BDC Sales with follow up on inbound phone and internet leads, inclusive of covering for colleague absences

Perform weekly JD Power lead credit review and process accordingly
-
Respond through portals to customer reviews
-
Pull reports and perform weekly reviews for purpose of identifying gaps/issues
-
Update department data in various google sheets
-
Create monthly staff department schedule
-
Perform periodic system updates
-
Update twice a weekly Sales board
-
Update bi-weekly Service board
-
Update department documentation for roles, systems and and workflows
-
Other Duties as assigned
