Job Responsibilities for CounterPro:
- Provide Auto Parts Solutions: Offer answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers both in-person at the counter and over the phone.
- Assist Team Members: Utilize your auto parts knowledge to help other team members address customer inquiries.
- Customer Care: Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with everyone who comes into the store.
- Retail Customer Interaction: Welcome retail customers into the store, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience.
- Technology & Systems Use: Use computer systems, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalogs to support sales and provide customer information.
