About The Role
As a Store Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the operational backbone of the store. You will manage administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, help customers with inquiries, and ensure all transactions and orders are processed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and reconcile invoices and purchase orders with accuracy
- Process and track online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care, both in-store and online
- Maintain up-to-date records in POS and e-commerce systems
- Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and support teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support day-to-day store functions as needed
- Proven experience with point of sale (POS) systems and e-commerce platforms
- Comfortable navigating customer support tools and platforms (e.g., email, chat, ticketing systems)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous retail or administrative experience is highly desirable
