Gary Smith Honda in sunny Fort Walton Beach, FL is a family-owned and operated car dealership seeking a part-time, Auto Parts Delivery Driver.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely organize, pick up and deliver auto parts to support sales and customer activities
- Maintain an efficient route with customer service in mind
- Counting and checking deliveries for accuracy
- Parts shipping and receiving
- Organizing and keeping parts department clean such as sweeping, taking out trash, etc.
- Process returns
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a clean driving history and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 19 years of age
Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 1:00 pm plus occasional Saturdays
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk and hear. The employee must be able to see color and at close and far distances and is required to frequently lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
