Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville is looking to fill positions in our Service Business Development Center with enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed.
The ideal candidate to join our team would be a people person with great communication skills, who is able to work in a fast paced environment, have strong problem solving skills and remain calm under pressure.
Automotive industry knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required - we will provide training!

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls to the service department and assist clients with appointments, vehicle inquiries and general support.
Make outgoing calls to assist with customer service and build business for the department.
Work with the service team to provide excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
Use technology to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Daily receipting for the parts and service department.
