Garyjames, Inc & Affiliates Jiudicy, Inc JOB SUMMARY Develop and manage all aspects of sales, operations, and the supervision of Multiple Branch locations. Manages the planning, development and evaluation of staff, procedures and applications which contribute to the overall functions required to promote business. Dropping off temporary employees at their assigned job site. Keeps office clean and orderly Manage Accounts Receivables in accordance with company policy and procedure. Conduct bank deposits, post office runs Issues company safety equipment and maintains safety log in accordance with company policy Ensure filing systems are maintained and current Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data Conduct Criminal Background Checks and Reference Checks of applicants Conduct drug screening per company policy according to the requirements of current customer Other duties as assigned by Vice President of Operations, and or President Adheres to the Codes of Conducts Policy and Employee Handbook EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and or a minimum of five years of experience in business management and sales of multiple operating units Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of office software programs KEY COMPENTENCIES Effective communication skills Strategy building Work and time management Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Information gathering and monitoring Initiative, integrity, and adaptability Teamwork and collaboration Position requires candidate have own transportation with current / valid automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license for the state in which he / she resides. Work Hours : Monday – Friday 6 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m. (Based on needs of company) Saturday 6 : 00 a.m. – 9 : 00 a.m. and 4 : 30 p.m. -5 : 30 p.m. (if needed)
