Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and payroll? We are looking for a Bilingual HR Payroll Generalist to join our team and support our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update employee records, including benefits, tax information, and timekeeping data.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
Support HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement, and training programs.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
Human Resources, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years of experience in payroll processing and/or HR generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., Paychex, Paychex Flex, ADP, Paylocity, or similar).
Familiarity with employment laws and payroll compliance.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
