Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Electrical Power Engineer with 10 years of experience in power system design, MCCs, and switchgear. The ideal candidate will work independently to design, implement, and maintain electrical infrastructure, with a preference for experience in Renewable Natural Gas projects.
Job Description
- Designing and implementing systems and circuits for power generation, transmission, and distribution.
- Performing reliability analysis and upgrading power system equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and regulations.
- Conducting research and development to innovate and improve efficiency.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical infrastructure issues.
- Collaborating with other engineers and professionals on projects, including architects, civil engineers, and energy consultants.
- Supervising the installation of electrical equipment and systems to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
Skills Required
- 10 years in electrical power design
- MCC and Switchgear experience
- Some experience with instruments and controls interfaces
- Strong independent engineer with experience in Renewable Natural Gas preferred.
Education/Training/Certifications
- BS EE required

- 50/50 remote, travel to Engineering office in Pittsburgh
