ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Food Preparation: Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars standards, ensuring freshness and quality in every order.
Customer Service: Greet customers enthusiastically and assist them in placing their orders. Provide recommendations based on menu offerings and customer preferences.
Speed and Efficiency: Work efficiently to ensure quick service times, maintaining the brands commitment to fast and friendly service.
Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about Little Caesars menu, including new products and promotions, to effectively assist customers and upsell items.
Serving Customers: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented well. Address customer questions and accommodate special requests.
Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized food preparation and serving area, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
Inventory Monitoring: Help track inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of low stock to ensure uninterrupted service.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, share responsibilities, and create a positive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.
Culinary Interest: A passion for food and cooking, with a desire to learn and share knowledge about Little Caesars products.
