We are seeking an experienced Accounting Associate who is responsible for a broad range of activities that support the financial functions of our organization. This person should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, data analytics, and previous experience with VantagePoint preferred. The chosen candidate must have a strong sense of integrity and be familiar with regulatory and compliance standards.
REPSONSIBILITIES:
- Processing all accounts payable invoices
- Processing all expense reports
- General duties relating to account payable
- Serve as a back-up for accounts receivable
- Other duties such as data analytics, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting role
- Advanced Excel skills (using financial functions, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- General knowledge of accounting procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in VantagePoint preferred
