Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Customer Success Associate to enhance our team. In this vital role, you will ensure that our clients experience seamless implementation and maximize the benefits of our cutting-edge solutions. As the primary liaison, you will facilitate communications between clients and internal teams, providing pivotal support. This role involves offering technical assistance which may be conducted

at the client's site, from our offices, or remotely. Your responsibilities include engaging directly with end users to explain software features and functionalities; this encompasses setting up, training, configuring workflows, and supporting with key reporting and metrics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting services and/or software implementation
  • Experience with the construction industry would be ideal (but not required)
  • Project management related certification would be ideal (but not required)
  • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization and decision-making skills
  • Proactive mindset, with a willingness to take on challenges and adapt to new ways of working
  • Proficient with Microsoft and/or Google apps, as well as IOS
  • Ability to manage a variety of simultaneous projects within tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and diplomacy required to interact effectively with and provide customer service to a broad audience
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
  • Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively as an integral part of a team


Responsibilities

Client Support: As a member of the Services team, your role is to further the mission of the organization by providing the highest quality service to customers, partners, and key external stakeholders.

  • Effectively manage and support small to medium software implementations
  • Conduct discovery workshops to assess and document current business processes, customer objectives, and process workflows
  • Facilitate sessions with customers to train them on the use of various features and functionality
  • Manage technical testing and support with cross-functional solutions related to testing
  • Develop standardization and best practices for implementation support

Product Proficiency: Establish expertise in product suite to provide clients with seamless and

Client Success Reporting: Prepare and present reports showcasing clients’ progress with our solutions, including data insights, compliance success, and overall operational improvements.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, compliance, and operations, to ensure client needs are met.

  • Communicate client feedback and collaborate on delivering tailored solutions.

Travel: Travel up to 25% to customer locations

Organizational Compliance: Subject to and expected to comply with all applicable company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the personnel policies and other policies found in the company handbook

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
