Job Summary :
The Behavioral Health Case Manager is responsible for providing case management and care coordination services at Mount Juneau Counseling & Recovery. The Behavioral Health Case Manager is supervised by the Residential Program Coordinator with clinical supervision provided by the Chemical Dependency Counselor Supervisor. Additional clinical supervision may be provided by Master's Level Clinicians.
Starting Wage Schedule : $28.84 - $40.37 per hour DOE.
Work Schedule : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Monday - Friday with a 1-hour lunch.
- This position works on weekends and holidays as assigned to ensure program safety and clinical services 7 days per week.
Supervisory Responsibilities : This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Illustrative Tasks :
Maintains clinical documentation that meets criteria as outlined by company policies and procedures, payer sources, and professional / ethical regulations. Ability to meet Medicaid documentation and reporting guidelines.
Pursues continuous professional development and attends regular clinical supervision sessions to develop the necessary competencies to obtain a Chemical Dependency Counselor-I level certification.
