What Success Looks Like
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through personalized communication and expert guidance.
- Managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
- Developing expertise in log home construction to educate and advise clients throughout their journey.
- Engaging in proactive outreach, including phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and industry events, to generate and nurture leads.
- Attending weekly sales meetings and staying ahead of industry trends to remain a knowledgeable resource for customers.
What It Takes to Succeed
- At least 2 years of measurable sales success, preferably in a long-term sales cycle.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a natural ability to build trust.
- Self-motivation, ambition, and discipline to drive results and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, presentations, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Experience with O365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and the ability to network effectively at industry events.
- A professional and personable approach that aligns with the company's customer-first culture.
- Basic knowledge of construction is a plus but not required.
What to Expect
- Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM) plus one Saturday per month and occasional weekend events.
- Minimum of 90 weekly touchpoints with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- A structured sales plan with clear performance expectations and ongoing support.
