Gaston Brewing Company is located in historic downtown Fayetteville on Hay Street.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a great guest experience through menu presentation and suggestive selling
- Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously as determined by management
- Record Guest orders and enter them in the Point-of-Sale system in a timely manner
- Refill drinks and deliver food as soon as necessary or available via tray service
- Perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks in Point-of-Sale system
- Check guests’ identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
- Must be able to maintain a friendly demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Anticipate customer needs and maintain a customer first attitude.
- Prefer candidates have knowledge of craft beer
- Perform opening and closing side duties as assigned (e.g., roll silverware, set up/close soda machines, stock/fill condiments, mop, sweep, etc.)
