Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the Finishing Team
- Be a role model for the team regarding our company values
- Create a positive work environment, including a commitment to continuous improvement
- Interview and select team members
- Train team members in proper finishing techniques.
- Establish and maintain industry-leading finishing quality
- Create standard samples and procedures for checking quality on each job
- Develop work schedules and maintain the Kanban board to ensure adherence to production and delivery requirements
- Produce products with a hands-on approach: prep, prime, paint, and/or stain a wide range of projects, including specialty finishes
- Maintain OSHA and DEQ records and ensure that proper safety procedures are followed
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be highly dependable and able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required

- Must be able to tolerate working in an environment with fumes, noise, dust, and other elements which are a necessary part of a finishing operation
