Job Summary:
The Director, Provider Recruitment is responsible for overseeing all provider recruitment for the organization and partnering practices, to include Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and CRNAs. They will identify and design best practice, build appropriate processes and create strategies to attract, recruit and retain top talent across the organization. Additionally, they will manage all third-party recruitment relationships and will build creative, innovative ways to win top provider talent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop and execute on process and strategies that support the strategic growth, and clinical integration of the organization.

Manage all provider recruitment, from identifying, sourcing and recruiting talent for the organization to building successful candidate relationships and managing the negotiation and offer stages of the process.

Travel as appropriate for onsite practice/hospital visits with candidates.

Manage all offers and negotiations for providers for the organization

Develop impeccable relationships with provider candidates and foster that relationship through the onboarding process.

Build and implement provider recruitment programs, plans and policies across the organization.

Partner closely with the Executive team to identify current provider needs and create appropriate recruitment strategies.

Recommend appropriate metrics for recruitment teams and manage performance based on metrics, as necessary/applicable.

Identify, assess, and recommend recruitment tools that positively impact provider recruitment.

Manage annual recruitment budget and participate in annual budget meetings.

Develop and maintain a positive image of Gastro Care Partners within the community and effectively communicate the benefits of working for GCP at all levels of the organization.

Establish and maintain effective relationships and contacts with key recruitment firms.

Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to share with key stakeholders and to support the management of the candidate workflow and selection processes.

Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in provider recruitment within a healthcare environment, involving ongoing interaction with physicians and mid-levels.

Experience with full cycle recruitment

Proficiency in MS Office
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
