What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Affairs & Pharmacy Assistant position at Gastro Florida?
We are seeking competent, conscientious, service-oriented individuals with strong character to assist with our outreach initiatives and facilitating affordable specialty medications for our Gastro Florida patients. This individual will be the liaison between the Gastro Florida's clinical locations and the corporate office. They will work under the direction of the Community Affairs Manager and the Gastro Florida corporate office. This individual may be required to travel to health fairs, treatments facilities and our Gastro Florida offices. This individual may assist in addressing inquiries from the community, including scheduling appointments.
2 years of medical office experience or 2 years of pharmacy experience is required, we will accept an AA / AS degree in pursuit of applicable Bachelor's degree also. Applicants with 4 years experience as MA, LPN, pharmacy tech, auths for specialty meds, and / or community outreach clinics are preferred as well as eCW experience.
Criminal background and drug screening required as well as excellent professional references.
Salary : $20 - $25
