Excellent Office-Based Endoscopy CRNA Opportunity for Part-Time Independent Contractor or Full-Time employment. Competitive compensation at $160-$200/hr or opportunity up to $300K benefits for salaried employment.
We are seeking competent, conscientious, service-oriented CRNA with strong character to join our growing practices. This position is primarily for the Wesley Chapel practice, but you may opt for additional shifts in Plant City or Zephyrhills.

Role:
The CRNA provides exceptional anesthesia care to patients of our division clinics under the direct supervision of physician anesthesiologists, working within the scope of practice per protocol and state statutes.
- Examining patients' histories for allergies or illnesses, evaluating and preparing patients, providing education about surgery and recovery and discussing the side effects of anesthesia.
- Preparing and administering the proper dose of anesthesia, monitoring patients' vital signs and their dose of anesthesia during medical procedures.
- Overseeing patients' safety during anesthesia recovery.
- Evaluating patients' progress before, during, and after medical procedures.
- Collaborate with Practice Manager in the development, implementation, administration and education of clinic operations and patient care policy and procedures, ensuring policies comply with current state and federal regulations and regulatory agencies.
- Conducts or participates in training, in-services and periodic clinical team huddles.
- Promotes patient safety creating a safe clinical environment for patients in accordance with industry standards, regulations and Gastro Florida & division policies.
- Ensures clinical equipment remains in operating condition & ensures adequate clinical supplies.
- Maintains accreditation compliant with state regulations.
- Other duties as assigned
