We are seeking per diem, part-time, and full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care at our endoscopy centers in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Practice Details
- Full-time: Monday - Friday, no weekends, evenings, or holidays

Per Diem/Part-Time Opportunities
- Malpractice coverage and 6-hour guarantee
- $165/hour minimum 4 shifts per month
Full-Time Benefits
- $210k base salary
- $10,000 commencement bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package, including Cigna health insurance
- 7 weeks' paid vacation plus 7 paid holidays
- $3,000 CME allowance
- 401k and Profit Sharing eligibility after one year of service
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree and Master's degree in Anesthesia
- Current licensure, certification, and ACLS required
- 1-year related experience (Entry Level)
Core Responsibilities and Skills
- Administer anesthesia for endoscopic procedures
- Work independently and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Intermediate-level computer skills involving word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills
- Knowledge of EMR Software is a plus
