Duties you will be responsible for:
- Work with the CEO and other key executives to develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
- Manage internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication channels to keep physicians and employees informed and engaged.
- Participate in high-level internal meetings, Board meetings, and annual internal physician Summit (outside of traditional working hours).
- Partner with HR to communicate company initiatives, updates, and cultural programs.
- Crisis Communication
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
- Act as the company's spokesperson during high-stakes situations when necessary.
- External Communications
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and public statements.
- Help build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers working alongside the Director and Social Media

Assist in monitoring media coverage and provide timely responses to inquiries and issues.
Brand and Content Management
- Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling marketing materials.
- Ensure all communications align with the company's tone, style, and brand guidelines.
Social Media Management
- Assist Director with the company's social media presence, including any content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Help analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on communication activities and outcomes for senior leadership and physicians.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with media relations and crisis communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Comfortable presenting and speaking in large meetings.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
