Your Role as Our Front Desk Ambassador As our Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Scheduler, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, setting the tone for exceptional patient care from the moment they walk through our doors. Working under our Practice Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate a warm, professional environment by providing exceptional greeting and support to patients both in person and over the phone
- Drive efficient patient care by managing electronic health records and coordinating with our clinical team
- Ensure smooth patient flow through real-time communication with both medical staff and patients
- Maintain the highest standards of accuracy in patient documentation and medical record management
- Handle sensitive patient information with discretion while collecting necessary personal and financial details
- Master multitasking in a dynamic healthcare setting while maintaining organization and inventory management
