What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Gastroenterology Associates?
Gastroenterology Associates of Bristol is looking for a full time Scheduling Coordinator for a busy 8 provider office. Applicant must have 1-2 years of medical office experience, worked with a provider and possess medical terminology knowledge. Applicant must have experience working with an EHR/EMR, data entry navigation and proficient with typing skills. The applicant must be detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work alone and/or with a team. Excellent communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will possess a heart for patient care, respect for co-workers and a desire to excel. Medical office experience preferred. GI experience preferred. Recall experience helpful.
