This position will require a combination of patient care and administrative duties :

Front Office:
- Greeting patients, checking them in and out.
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments.
- Collecting payments, Insurance Authorizations
- Managing patient records and paperwork.

Back Office:
- Preparing patients for examinations, taking vital signs.
- Performing EKG or other diagnostic tests.
- Assisting with medical procedures.
- Maintaining and updating patient medical records.

Floating:
- Supporting different locations or departments within the practice as needed.
- Filling in for staff absences or covering during peak times.
- Providing cross-training and assistance to other staff members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant certification or equivalent experience.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and computer skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work in a fast-paced setting.
