If you are interested in joining our culture, were looking for a full-time Biologics Coordinator in our clinic located at 1941 Bishop Lane, Louisville, KY! Must have previous experience working with Prior Authorizations, pharmacy experience, and previous medical office experience.

Snapshot of Daily Duties
- Responsible for getting prior authorizations for over 30 different medications.
- Handle external biologic orders.
- Perform additional responsibilities including scheduling port replacements at the hospitals.
- Responsible for lab monitoring while patient is on treatment (managing lab recalls in EMR, facilitate getting lab orders to patients when necessary).
- Assist patient with enrollment to any patient assistance programs applicable for financial hardships related to treatment.
The Must Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Previous medical office experience required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology required.
- One (1) year of prior authorization experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
- Prior insurance billing experience preferred.
- Prior pharmacy experience preferred.
