Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Business Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive support across administrative, marketing, human resources, and data management functions. As a key liaison between management, physicians, and staff, you will ensure effective communication, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination throughout the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and human resources processes.
- Track and analyze operational and performance data, presenting insights through reports and visual aids.
- Coordinate wellness activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
- Support compliance, budgetary planning, and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare-related role with expertise in marketing, administration, and/or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to work independently.
- Preferred: Experience with electronic medical documentation systems.
