- Work Environment:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive work environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities with flexibility.
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing 50 lbs.
- Stand, bend, stoop, and move continuously for shifts lasting 8 hours.
- Work effectively in environments with extreme temperature variations.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to all work rules, safety standards, and regulations.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to:
- Protective gloves (standard, cooler/freezer, cut-resistant)
- Hot mitts
- Protective aprons and goggles
- Hearing protection
- Safety footwear
- Successfully pass:
- Pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- Comprehensive criminal background checks (including TSA and Customs compliance).
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance, aligned with company standards.
- Ensure all products are prepared and delivered within designated timeframes.
- Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including availability for overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comply with all Sky Cafe rules and regulations for the safe operation of the Flight Kitchen.
