Roles & Responsibilities

Gate 1 Travel is seeking an entry level Marketing Admin, the primary role of this candidate will be to assist in all aspects of promotional campaigns as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Create and maintain promotional landing pages
Communicate with internal staff to support ongoing campaigns
Correspond with external media vendors for scheduling and maintenance of advertisements
Perform competitive research & analysis to best position Gate 1 Travel's packages & tours
Review approve & load user provided content (including photos & customer reviews)
Evaluate new marketing channels
Provide overall administrative support for all marketing activities

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related Travel & Tourism Field

Experience working with CMS & CRM platforms

Knowledge of email marketing best practices and working with Email Service Providers

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, especially Excel

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and prioritize job functions to meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of current marketing trends in digital advertising & travel

Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and familiarity with similar engagement and conversion reporting a plus
