Internship Program Overview
Gate City Bank's summer internship program is designed to provide students with a challenging, meaningful, and supportive experience, closely mirroring the role of a full-time team member.
The 12-week program, running from May 19 - August 15, 2025, begins with an immersive orientation to the Bank and its leadership. Interns will receive:
On-the-Job Training: Meaningful day-to-day responsibilities that contribute to their teams.
Development Opportunities: A speaker series and skill-building sessions through lunch and learns.
Community Involvement: Volunteer opportunities to give back to our communities.

Internship Opportunity: Insurance Services!
The Gate City Insurance Agency provides insurance products and services for the Bank's customers, such as home and auto insurance.
Role Summary:
The selected intern will focus on supporting key initiatives for the department. This will include:
Develop insurance proposals in an accurate and efficient manner for Insurance Advisors.
Prepare routine correspondence to clients.
Assist with new business and sold policies file reviews.
Details:
Time Commitment: Full-Time, May 19 - August 15, 2025 // 8-5 M-F
Eligibility: Must be an actively enrolled student, not graduating prior to August 2025.
Pay: $17/hr
