JOB SUMMARY :
The GATE Express Wash Associate ensures customer service is the first priority for Express Wash operations by providing a safe and friendly experience for our guests. Addresses all guest questions correctly, promptly, and in a friendly manner, as well as provide customer service that exceeds their expectations. Responsible for facilitating an efficient processing of vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash. Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the facility.
REQUIREMENTS :
Must be a minimum of 16 years oldMust successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background checkMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and split shiftsMust have the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with customers and team membersMust be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skillsMust be able to operate a computerMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 poundsMust be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach (including overhead)Must have adequate strength, balance, and coordination to perform essential functionsMust be able to work indoors and outdoors, including endurance of temperature and weather changes outsideJOB KNOWLEDGE :

Operating the Express Wash kiosk, credit card machines, and POSEfficiently and safely guide vehicles through the car washContinuously maintain and repair car wash equipmentPerforming preventative maintenance and minor repairs on car wash equipmentDetailing vehicles as trained and directedMaintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization at the facilityKnowledgeable of site merchandiseDUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays,and split shiftsArrive to work on time, consistentlyUpon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair. Wear safety goggles and non-slip shoes when necessaryHair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approvalAttend all required training, safety courses, office and departmental meetingsReport any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environmentSafely and properly handle chemicalsBecome proficient on all appropriate equipment and safety featuresMaintain and contribute to a positive and supportive team environmentProvide excellent customer service with prompt assistance and accommodations to guest questions or requests.
