JOB KNOWLEDGE : Thorough knowledge of the Jacksonville area and general knowledge of the state of Florida; working knowledge of the Concierge position, assisting guests and members in a professional manner.
JOB SUMMARY : To act as a liaison between the property, the city, the state and the hotel guests. This will include directing the guests to any department on property for assistance; to assist the guests in any way, to include reservations, on and off property (i.e., for dinner, sports, theater, etc.), arrange transportation to and from the airport, around town, around the state, and to assist guests with any services they may need.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES : Must be able to give property tours to guests in all weather conditions and be able to effectively communicate with the guests both in person and over the phone.
Schedule :
Primarily Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, but can include some evenings / weekends / holidays.
