Education: College degree required. Concentration in hospitality, sales, communications or recreation. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests, and co-workers.
Training & Experience: Experience in sales, relationship management, membership associations and/or fundraising. Knowledge of social etiquette, High-energy, outgoing personality and self-starter. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong technical literacy skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, website management and social media. Team player able to foster relationships with Members, guests and fellow employees.
Job Summary: The membership administrator assistant primary role is to assist the Coordinator and Director of Membership throughout the day. Contribute to the positive growth and development of the Club.
Physical Abilities: Must be able to stand, sit for extended hours and provide tours of the property, highlighting specific points of interest.

Job Requirements:
- This role is the Club Receptionist; interacts with Club Members and potential Club Members in a positive, courteous and professional manner in person, via email and by telephone.
- Processes all new Memberships for Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and works with the new member checklist to finalize and make all corresponding packets and cards.
- Processes all current Membership changes, leave of absences and resignations through the proper channels
- Prints all membership cards for GGC and PVIC members
- Manages and communicates all website inquiries
- PVCR certificate follow ups
- Assists with inputting and updating notes in the Clubs lead prospecting database
- Assists each recreational outlet manager to develop new ideas and activities for the Members based off of their expressed interests upon enrollment
- Creates and implements New Member onboarding/connection with welcome packets, new member receptions and introductions to department heads and other members for all new members for the first 12 months of membership
- Works with the Director of Membership and meets on a daily basis to discuss upcoming membership tours.
- Provides tours for prospects when the Director of Membership is not available. Must take a leadership role.
- Manages all homeowners listings, mailings and dependent notifications.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Member information
- Handles organization of website updates, general administrative and clerical support
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Director of Membership VP of Membership
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends and some holidays.
- Present during the Club’s business hours and events to assist with greeting of Members
- Arrive to work on time. Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
- Upon entering the property, arrive in proper attire, crisp, clean and in good repair.
- Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
- Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.

- Part Time - Varied to include weekends and holidays
