PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Responsible for all activities required to successfully implement and maintain equipment and equipment operating systems at all stores. This includes but not limited to conducting research, evaluating, analyzing, and providing/implementing a consistent training program and maintenance on all foodservice related equipment. Coaching all store staff on how to utilize the equipment and equipment systems and all its functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Analyze, evaluate, maintain, testing and implementing foodservice equipment systems along with regular and routine equipment inspections per store.
- Participate in the development and (implementation) of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Develop and update training documentation.
- Create and maintain business processes and procedures.
- Ensure thorough and continual training and support to all store personnel.
- Continual research to keep current on any new changes or updates to program.
- Participate in meetings in accordance with team.
- Is able to communicate with all areas/divisions of the business.
- Utilize all tools available/provided to conduct research.
- Communicate and if necessary escalate functional issues appropriately.
- Proactively look to keep current with any new programs or processes.
- Assist all store personnel from implementation through complete employee training.
- Regularly and consistently, visit stores to help staff identify/fix problems.
- Analyze equipment data reporting and assist with updating to provide cohesive fully encompassing reports.
- Provide additional training and support to operation personnel when guided.
- Occasionally work evenings, and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Flexible work schedule with hours that may fall outside traditional business hours, to support store personnel.
- Ability to work with and provide training adapting to each unique trainee’s learning capabilities.
